I will provide regular check-ins to celebrate your progress and adjust your plan as needed, ensuring you stay focused on your journey.

Weekly

Pay $100 per session as you go. Choose this option if you are committed to completing at least 3 sessions. If you are looking to book a one-time session, please look at solution-focused brief coaching.

Monthly

$450 per month, one session per week. Clients that choose this option, will be guaranteed priority in scheduling over those who select the pay as you go option.

Mindful Eating and Sustainable Healthy Lifestyle Coaching

This is a 3-month package that includes an initial 1 hour personalized orientation and 6 support Zoom calls. The difference between booking this package and booking individuals sessions is that this package provides chat support and a weekly check-in. Clients also receive scheduling priority.

This package is most helpful for people who are done with strict dieting and want to have a sustainable healthy eating lifestyle.

During the first session, we will conduct a comprehensive assessment of your nutritional needs, obstacles to healthy eating and tools available to you. If you are working with a physician or a registered dietitian, and you are also going to be working with me, please bring any information they have provided for discussion during our session.

This is both a nutrition education and coaching package. You can select less frequent sessions and extend it to 6 months if you wish to do so.
